A gentle and welcoming reformer class designed for mums with babies who are comfortable relaxing in a pram, baby seat or on a mat beside you during class.

This is a supportive space to ease back into movement, rebuild strength and reconnect with your body at your own pace through mindful reformer sequences and low-pressure movement.

There’s no expectation for babies to be settled the entire time so feeding, cuddles, breaks and pauses are all completely welcome. More than just a workout, this class is about creating time for yourself, bonding with your baby and connecting with other mums in a relaxed and understanding environment.
