Our Intermediate Aerial Yoga class is designed for students who already have solid aerial yoga experience and are confident working in the hammock.
This class moves at a faster pace and explores more challenging transitions, inversions, strength-based sequences, and deeper flexibility work. You should be comfortable with foundational aerial poses, safe entry and exit from the hammock, and supporting your own body weight with control.
This is not a beginner or mixed-level class.
To join, you must have completed beginner aerial classes or have equivalent prior experience. If you are new to aerial yoga, returning after a long break, or unsure of your level, we kindly ask that you attend a beginner or foundations class first.
